10. Managing Your Data

You may manage your data directly by logging in to your ZimLedger account and navigating to the Account > Manage Data section. There you can:

Delete Uploaded Ecocash PDF Statements

Remove all uploaded Ecocash PDF statements from your account. Generated Excel files and transaction data will remain.

Delete Generated Ecocash Excel Files

Remove all generated Excel files from your account. Original PDF statements and transaction data will remain.

Delete All Ecocash Data

Permanently delete ALL Ecocash-related data including uploaded PDFs, generated Excel files, and transaction records. This action cannot be undone.

Delete All Ledger Data

Permanently delete ALL ledger-related data including transactions, accounts, categories, and budget ledgers. This action cannot be undone.

Delete All Account Data

Permanently delete ALL your data including quotations, invoices, payslips, ledger transactions, ecocash data, uploaded files, contacts, business information, and all other stored data. Your account will remain active but completely empty. This action cannot be undone.

Delete Account

Permanently delete your entire ZimLedger account and ALL associated data. This action cannot be undone and you will lose access to all features and data.

11. Special Offers and Updates

ZimLedger users may occasionally receive information about new features, updates, and special offers. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

12. Service Announcements

Occasionally, ZimLedger may send strictly service-related announcements, such as scheduled maintenance notifications. These messages are not promotional and are essential to the operation of your account.

13. Legal Disclaimer

We may disclose personal information if required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect our rights or users' safety.
