ZimLedger Terms of Service
Welcome to ZimLedger! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZimLedger website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Webzim.
By accessing or using ZimLedger, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use ZimLedger. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Plans & Subscriptions
ZimLedger offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: Access to limited features for personal use.
- Premium Plan: Access to all advanced features on a monthly subscription basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload malicious content, attempt to access others’ accounts, or interfere with the platform's operation.
- Upload Ecocash statements which do not belong to you.
5. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. You have full control over your data, including tools to delete your financial history or your account entirely.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. While we take all reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee complete security, especially if your login details are compromised. You use ZimLedger at your own risk and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in Zimbabwean courts.
